XPR VC Manager is a Windows application designed for access control system managers to issue and distribute virtual cards to users’ smartphones. Part of the XPR Mobile ID solution, it enables complete on-premise management of mobile credentials — without relying on any external cloud.
Mobile ID
XPR VC Manager is the management software component of the XPR Mobile ID solution — a complete, on-premise mobile credential system built on two complementary elements : the XPR Virtual Card application for users, and the XPR VC Manager software for administrators. Credits are managed via the PBX-VC-XPR license pack.

Virtual Card Issuance
A user sends a card request directly from the XPR Virtual Card app. The administrator loads it into XPR VC Manager, sets the card parameters, and delivers the card back — by email or any messaging app.
Each card is uniquely tied to the requesting phone, ensuring full security with zero extra effort.
Credit Management
Activate a credit license, load it onto your PROX-USB-X reader, and you’re ready to issue cards. One card issued = one credit used. Check your balance and full history at any time, directly in the software.
